Sate Kere is a pure beef fats skewer cooked over charcoal fire. Unique to this stall only. Prices are 3 skewers for rp10,000. The beef tastes better if it’s more cooked. Sometimes the vendor rushes thru the preparation if there is a que. best eaten on the spot at the roadside.

This sate is sold by some small street vendors at Pasar Beringharjo. They provide small seats for the buyers.

There are two kinds of sate sold; the 'dendeng-like' sate and 'toyor'. Served with nuts seasoning and 'ketupat'.

They sell a stake of sate for IDR 3000. A complete portion is sold for IDR 20,000.

As usual, eating sate at the vendor place will give you some smoke of barbeque.

The skewer is so tasty and yummy.. This cuisine is consider as a snack while you are visiting Pasar Beringharjo in Jogjakarta. This is a must try snack.. then you can see how simple seasoning can create a tasty and yummy skewer you'll ever taste.. #nomnom

The skewer is so tasty, with some unique flavor. It is also a normal price for this kind of skewer. There are also some other variants of this skewers. But i think you should try the 'sate kapur'.

Traditional market in Yogyakarta city where capital city of special region of mid java province.

The completely traditional market which is all the needs are there food , beverages, jewellery, fruit and clothes

The visitors from out of town mostly looking for special clothes called "Batik"

I like having it on location. When I asked my two grumpy-healty concern daughters there, they stop complaining and enjoy eating lol
