The place is highly strategic. It is divided into two sections. One for animals and the other for plants. However, fish and turtle and their constituents are sold in the plant section. Completeness are somewhat good. You can easily find various plants and animals. Foods, shelter, and everything pet's owner need are present. To park your car or motor, there are place for it near the entrance with very low cost. There is a skateboarding area in the plants section as well as particularly small garden. The place is clean and suitable for everyone who loves the mother nature.

This is a famous pet market located in the south yogyakarta area. There is 2 section, the east area that sells animal, and west area sells plants and fish. This is my go to place when i need aquarium supply. Price in this marker is not cheap compared to another big aquarium store.

But being in the market means you can take a look on all of the shop. Variation of the item also very wide, you can find almost anything for your pets.

The animal was good but I just wish the were presented in the nicest way. The plants are nothing special, not even healthy looking and way too expensive for what they sell

This is like a miniature pet market version of Chatukchak of Bangkok Thailand.
Similar like Chatuchak market of individual stores. Birds section on one side of the road and Fish u0026 Plants on the other side.

Good place to see exotic birds and some animals. You can easily spend one, two hours looking through the maze of shops. Some of the birds species are really exotic.

There's also cats, rabbits, snakes, tortoises, civet cats, owls, bats, dogs.....etc.

Great for animals and bird lovers. Condition of the way they are kept though might put off some pet lovers. It's still Indonesia, try to remember that and you'll be fine.

Very great Traditional market in Bantul. I wasn't visiting the animals area, only plants and flowers area. Place' s very organized and feels very cozy. There's many different kind of flowers and plants, from orchids until lemon tree. I bought some roses, snack plants, pots, strawberry, aloe vera etc.
Well, a bit pricey compared to other places. Probably we need to bargain very hard. I tried but I guess I wasn't tough enough lol.
Still love this place even though it's a bit $$
