Great place to work out. Complete exercise machines for various training goals. Whether it's cardio or weight training this place has what you need. The locker room, sauna and showers are kept clean and well managed. Recommended.

A perfect place to pump up your body.
You can sit in a wooden Sona room and then take a hot shower.

The equipment is quite complete. The locker room is big enough, even at prime times. The people here is nice and friendly. One thing that distinguishes this branch compared to other places is the drinking water. They use water gallon instead of filtered water.

Need a lot of improvement di dalam building management, dipahami karena sedang pandemic, tapi need bounce back dan make everything well shape and well manage.

Best golds gym that I have been to in Jakarta. Good selection of equipments albeit old. They have 2 bench presses. Which is a lot for Jakarta basic gyms. Weights go up to 60kgs, lots of plates too from 1.25kg to 20kg
