We stayed for our Wedding day. Didn't expect arrival and check-in process to be so slow and un-Novotel-like. All centered around unprofessional Sales person Mr. Jekson who didn't give much coordination and didn't even bother to meet us. Security and bellman were very slow, they couldn't point us to available parking slots, and bellman had us waiting with an excuse that their trolley were all occupied, in the end broken trolley was used for us. Room was good, though they gave us a few rooms with wrong bed types (wrong info from Sales). Kudos to Receptionist Ms. Mutiara and Ms. Maria who helped us the best they could to alleviate the problem.
Banquet and kitchen team were great, though some small missed details happened, they swiftly produced solutions, ensuring our Wedding to run smoothly. Thumbs up to Mr. Djodi and Chef Teguh.
Check-out, again bellman and security were slow. We had to wait for 40minutes and they haven't arrived in our room to pick our luggage. In the end, I had to take a vacant trolley and picked up my luggage myself. That's embarrassing.
