Very huge mall in Surabaya. Main world known clothing and shoe brands are well represented. Four Points Hotel seems attached. Numerous play places for young children. Eateries are also scattered all over the mall. Mall is well maintained and very clean. Wheelchair accessible. Covid-19 protocols observed. Hailing taxis are available and safe. Adequate security provided

The largest mall in Indonesia, it has many many stores and restaurant. Clean toilets, large parking area, big food court, and a cinema. So many things here to explore so I highly recommend you to check it out becuase it’s just soooooo big. I also got lost here trying to get back to the parking lot 10/10????????????????????????????????????????.

A very large mall in Surabaya. There are restaurants, fashion and department stores and many more. The mall feels modern and is a nice place to shop and have some food.

A great place to shop. Super spacious, and stores arranged nicely makes it easier to find stores that are alike. Clothing Brands that usually available in Jakarta is also available here.

(I don't know if others would agree tho but i feel like the clothing brand's collections here is actually better that at other malls)

The only downside is parking lot. The lines in this parking lot feels small, and sometimes people park as if they own the mall.

Luxurious big mall in surabaya which connected to trade center kiosk middle class. All categories fro luxurious fashion to local fashion, from food supermarket to drug store. From foodstall local brands to fancy restaurant. Very convenience accessible, even you can take temen bus at stop. There is motor cycle exhibition in ptc hall

jam packed,mesmerizing and popular, but after a few attempts at renovating the mall, mall goers soon realize that the beautiful scenery around the mall has been replace with a dreary construction site that never seems to finish, even though years have passed since the renovation started. I am disappointed at the lack of progress and it seems I'm not alone.

The mall itself show nothing interesting, nothing that catches your eye or make you want to come for anything in particular. It isn't inviting you to experience something new and that is its downfall.

People tire and bore easily, so if the mall doesn't changes or progresses then why should we go there? If it tries to change but takes a very long time, people will eventually move on to better malls. That is very evident in this case.
