Nice hotel. The facilities are very cozy. The room with double bad is even enough for 4 people. The bathroom offers an enjoyable bath experience. The breakfast is served at 6-11 a.m. They are various and tasty. The kids may have some cereals with fresh milk.

For a 4 star hotel, I am disappointed with this hotel. The room is quite spacious, but the interior is using a dark wood theme which makes an eerie feeling at first I enter the room (I stay in room 728). Hotel corridor was clean but some tiny details on chipped wood on the floor makes it like not under great maintenance. Breakfast is another disappointment, should improve taste and variety for a 4 star hotel. Good thing is, bathroom is large and clean.

its an old building, well maintained, and good service, if I can suggest to provide barcode for room service menu in the room where we can order direct via WA without having to call downstairs and asked to send up the menu, security on outside building need to be more attentive to the guest, as they need to be fully aware of the situation nearby

The room itself was clean but missing are Hand towels, face towels. I requested this several times but to no reveal. The restaurant is completely empty in the evening, i was the only guest in the restaurant, and half of the items in the menu are not available.
The only real complain i have are the pillows in the bed. Very bad quality.

Nice hotel in the midst of Surabaya city. Service is ok. Room rate is reasonable.
Location is ok. Restaurants is ok.
Television is not good.
Payment : cash u0026 card.

I am having great experience in this hotel, especially in Table Manner. The foods are great and the employees serve our foods are amazing. Always keep it up for Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL IF YOU ARE NOT SMOKER! I booked 2 nights at this hotel through traveloka, the non-smoking hotel was clearly mentioned, but on the first night my neighbor's room was a smoker, the smell of tabac comes to my room via central AC. I complained to the receptionist and they made me change rooms. I did but one more time, my new neighbor is smoker also and noisome. At the morning, i ask to meet the manager and asking to do their job and respect the hotel protocols. In every room I see smoke detectors but they become inactive because a lot of customers are smoking in their rooms. THIS HOTEL IS CLEARLY NOT SAFE AT ALL!
