outside you really have to be careful because there are wholes in the streets everywhere and if you look up instead of where you are going you might find yourself with a nice Indonesian bandage around your broken leg again:)...but wait, only the walking tourist like myself walk around in this city. Most people who visit this mall will be dropped by their driver right in front of one of the four main entrances and they care less about the road conditions outside the mall.
This mall is super fancy and the food-court is nicely done. But can you get some good food or meals in this mall. well you might have to find out yourself and let me know.
Since I had often time to kill, I enjoyed the luxuries seats in the movie theatre :).
Surprisingly the coffee-magnet at Starbucks was quite strong as well in this mall:)

Need improvement and innovation. The Mall is quite private because not many people go there especially on weekdays and afternoons. XXI is affordable (25k/$2), some churches, and schools inside the Mall. Not many attractions and destinations but if you want a piece maybe this Mall should be on your list. Also they rent some spaces for events. I have been holding some events, and attending some also.

It's pretty hard to compete against PTC, especially when it's a mere 5 minutes ride by car from Lenmarc. It's an okay experience, nothing crazy inside. The only reason I went there is for the cinema XII or ahjumma kitchen.

A once bustling shopping centre, now unfortunately has lost its edge. Only a couple of tenants are left open to serve. A good place to catch movies since it's ticket price is the cheapest amongst them all. Coffees and donuts are also well served with Jco and Starbucks. Also do try the Korean family restaurant, it's a personal hidden gem.

Sorry but I never thought I would gone through a worst experience in a mall, ever. All In one day. The escalators are ALL broken, only the ascending ones are working. You need to walk by yourself if you want to go downstairs. Lift? Don't ask. Only two lifts in one spot are operating today. Which I have a terrible experience as well: a lady suddenly cut the line and CLOSE THE DOOR while we were already waiting the slowest lift to appear for 5 mins. Hey, that's not the worst: just exit the parking lot from the east lobby. You will find cars and motorbikes have the same exit gate and you can guess: predictable queue that might drives you crazy, especially for car drivers. The motors are cutting the line. Not blaming the parking payment lady since she also doesn't know why there's only one gate open. I usually find worst feature of a mall but they have best side as well. This mall? Sorry, but you can have my worst mall award (which I never thought exist).

One of big mall in Surabaya that provides c19 booster vaccine events. The parking lot is still a bit confusing to me. There are fashion stores, kids indoor playground, food court, IT stores, mall-hours bank, and many more. Ciputra group are usually good at building and managing malls.

Recently new opening for extension lifestyle mall ciputra world (skylight garden : oudoor park from third floor to seventh floor), cafe restaurants at third floor, outdoor park, outdoor car parking, extension mall, etc.
