This IT mall is gravely ill. In fact, it’s almost dead, especially due to the prolonged pandemic. From the parking lot to the top floor, everything was telling me to leave and take my business elsewhere. I do hope all the tenants are still doing well with the help of online marketplace.
To those who want to buy IT stuff here, I strongly recommend to just get straight to the store if you already have references. If not, go wander and choose a store by yourself. Abaikan para calo.

A very memorable place. Especially for Surabayan People in their childhood. So grateful.

One of the biggest electronics store in Surabaya. Hi Tech Mall provides all of the part of electronic things such as hardware (PC, notebook, computer accessories, etc) and software (operating systems, gaming softwares, etc). The price are good and convenient. The parking area is good. But, the salesperson here are annoying and make us uncomfortable. And the building is too old especially in the top floor.

I went there to clean my laptop, and go to one of the store there. There was a totally disappointing shop called it gadget. The shop scam the customer with high price and hold your stuff until you agree. They ask to wait for an hour, after the hour they still dont able to finish it and the worse is my laptop is became broken! But they denied and still ask you to pay no matter what the results or dont give back your stuff. All of my work is there so i dont have any option.

So as the customer im totally disappointed with the service there and hopefully there is no other victim like us.

Better avoid this place and find the autorized dealer or service center.

Your one stop electronic mall in Surabaya.. it's huge so it's going to be a challenge if u are looking for a particular shop.. the mall itself is quite dirty though..

Long Time didn't come to this Hi Tech Mall, Will come when I need computer and spare part,
Unfortunately I came here today and so many stores closed , and very quiet place
