I bought the photo frame but the photo of my size is not fit for the frame so 2 days later I visit the shop and the staff with very offensive attitude talked to me that impossible to exchange. But the thing is when I paid for the frame, none of the staff informed me the accessories are not exchange and at that time, I couldn't see any of sign that inform those of nonsense message. The attitude of staff was very rude. So I felt really bad. Also I can't understand those kind of nonsense policy of this shop. So please be careful when you want to buy some stuffs in this shop. Once you pay, never get exchange!

An upscale mall with beautiful interior design both inside and outside. A lovely mall for doglovers. Plenty of restaurants around the outdoor square can accept dogs. You can bring your pets in this square and have a good lunch. Not far from the square, there is a jogging trail for dog n human. Shopping is mainly for small children n some home decor stuff. Good restaurant choice and spacious. Its really nice for small children to this place. A lot of facility.

This mall is stunning! Not to crowded and provide indoor as well as outdoor dining. Various kind of restaurants serves Indonesia, Italian, European, Vietnamese, as well as Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Since this mall is owned by the Lippo Group, the biggest tenant also comes from the Group. Its the Matahari Department store and also the Hypermart for the supermarket. Visitors must also install OVO payment application as the mall applies parking payment through OVO. The location is around the superb Kemang area in South Jakarta when many expatriates comes around visiting the mall.

✔️Nice upscale shopping place. Carries lots of good fashion brands like Uniqlo, Stradivarius, Pull u0026 Bear. They offer entertainment for kids such as Timezone and Kidzoona. They also have a good department store, Matahari. The Avenue of Stars is a good place to hang out.
❌A bit small. Not enough places to eat in.

There's a csfe, restaurant, bookstore, shoestore, etc for everyone. The mall is obviously high end and you can get better local deals elsewhere. But for family meals explore the shops and there are affordable eateries inside and outside the mall. I don't csre for the overpriced department store. The outside seating areas are all smoking areas, which is disappointing because my family members who have asthma and allergies cannot enjoy the fresh air. Live bands perform on the weekends.

Visit this mall last time for friend reunion. Quite crowded especially on public holiday. If you don't have private vehicle then to reach this mall better to use gojek/grab.

Nice place to shop and grab a bite to eat. Not many vegetarian options here though. That being said, a good number of upscale bakeries here that server wonderful pastries and bread. And Saigon Delight, a Vietnamese restaurant at this mall has a killer vegan pho(!!!!) which simply blew my mind!
