A well deserved five star hotel. We had a meeting here. Everything is quite smooth. The arrangement is easy and fast, the staffs are helpful. The lunch is great they have fresh seafood, delicious sushi, pasta, and dessert. I wish I had more time to try it all.

We was here 3 weeks again and come back now. In the first time all was good.
But now something happened with service.
Not good service from front desk.

We are Ambassador Member of Marriott Bonvoi. When we come in hotel receptionist said us - sorry, upgrade not available. Because hotel is full.

But it was not true. When you try to book hotel - suites was available. I asked to come loyalty manager. And we could solve this question.

Also we gave deposit on the reception. But when we was in the hotel bar we could not to write the bill (less than deposit) to the room, because front office rejected it. It was 01 a.m. It is non comfortable to have a deal with unqualified stuff and loose time.

Now I am live in hotel. I would like to have excellent service for me and my family.

First time to visit Westin. The hotel is having very nice interior. Good food. Though was a bit confusing when taking the elevator as they have two lobbies. You need to make sure which lobby if you want to meet someone there.

Had a birthday buffet lunch together with family relatives at W coffee shop. Food quality is considerably good. View towards down town is stunning. Overall experience was good. Will return for dinner.

I have stayed in many hotels across Java and Bali; but the Westin Jakarta has been my favorite experience so far.
Guest rooms begin on the 53 floor of Gama Tower; my room was a corner room on the 55th floor. Stunning views with floor to ceiling windows, bathtub with a view, and sound proof so even the storms seem quiet.

The breakfast buffet is the most comprehensive and diverse I have ever encountered;with food from all corners of the globe. Whatever your schedule, don’t miss the breakfast!
My room included Club access, and it’s worth it. Cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, teas, and juices are available in the evenings that accompany generous hors d’oeuvres.
In the afternoon there are snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Floor to ceiling windows surround this warm and intimate setting.

Check in and check out were easy and friendly with an amazing staff serving throughout the hotel and restaurants.

The pictures speak for themselves.. I highly recommend this hotel if it’s in your budget.

Staying for 3 nights. It’s an amazing hotel of course. However, a bit disappointed with the service at the breakfast restaurant. Got the feeling of discrimination (like some turis melayu experienced in Bali). The waiters are super polite towards some Japanese guests. But when they serve me, the brown skinned local guy, very different attitude. Kecewa.

Spacious and comfortable room, but since it is on 50th floor and up, you will need few minutes to go up using the elevator. But the view of Jakarta city from above is stunning.
