I've always love their buffet whether it's brunch or special occasion. What I love the most how curated the menu is and how it's nicely presented.

Don't expect your usual all food dumped buffet. Instead they present them in small portion which makes the food looks even more exquisite and alluring.

They also serve them at a very right portion, small but not too small. Which I think this is very smart, as you don't get full easily and able to try all of the food serve in the buffet

Staffs are always friendly and eager to help to ensured us a pleasant time.

From all the hotel buffets, this is definitely my most favourite.

I stayed here for several night. The staff is thoughtful and nice. Although the room is a little old style, but clean and comfortable. Lounge provides good and diversivide food.

Completed refurbish in early 2022, great location and easy access to shopping mall, night lives and restaurants are just a stone throw away. It has become my fav hotel in Jakarta for now!!!

Great hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Food is so delicious, great taste and variety, the team was so kind and they prepared special dishes for us and of course Mrs. Sharfina is the best. Mrs. Talitha is so kind and welcoming, special thanks to her.

The place may see same problem in most developing countries, cleanliness. Plastics use for toiletries is still huge, change to more environmental friendly is required, and easy and straightforward actually.

Truly worth every cent. The definition of understated elegance and subtle but perfect service. I only spent one night while waiting for a flight but from arrival at the hotel, where the staff knew me and my departure plans in the morning, to the friendly and fast check in, to the ever so comfortable bed and delicious welcome treats, the whole experience was flawless. This wasn't a choice between good facilities or good service. This was both. The staff are referred to as ladies and gentlemen, and they are. I look for things to nitpick at hotels but couldn't come up with a single thing.
