What an outstanding service. Everyone treats you like a king. Over all one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever visited. Not to mention that the rooms are spacious, very clean, the food is good etc.
Especially the super friendly and talkative crew in the lobby area make you want to come back asap and stay longer.

Bad and slow service. The hotel policy said check-in will be available from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm. I arrived at 2.30 pm and got into the room at 4.00 pm. More than 45 minutes just for check-in. I booked non-smoking but they gave me a smoking room. So I've to wait longer. I lost my business opportunity because of the incident. Worst service I've ever had.

I added 1 more star to appreciate the management's effort to apologize. But still, I'll try my best to find another inn for my business needs in South Jakarta.

Note: this is not my first time staying here.

I would like to thank Ms. Melinda for her impeccable service.

Enjoyed the simple buffet breakfast. Spread was good and caters to ALL needs.

Clean and happy environment. Keep up the good work. Will definitely come back.

Convenient meeting rooms for three days. Convenient location in Jakarta, nice area, and easy transportation access. Good selection/choices of food at the lunch buffet and snacks during break. Thanks also to Melinda

Bad side: We booked a room with details of a non smoking room, high floor and double bed. But when we arrived at the hotel, we were given a smoking room on the grounds of availability, the smoking room for looked dirty and smelly, then we asked to move and find a room according to our initial order. Please pay more attention to the smoking room area.

Good side: For non smoking rooms, the room is clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff (Mr. Arrul) is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, still the best for a 4 star hotel.
