Yaazzzz Im backkkkkk, back to trying new places and spotted one of for me, hidden gems or not so hidden cause I found it in Google top 10 to try in Kemang LOL. Tried their mix platter with additional side dishes, I love how you can taste the herb and spices till the last bite it melt in your mouth.
They still use wood fire to cooked their meat and i. Love. How. It. Gives. You. Smokey. Taste. Muahhh
Aaannnnddddd for you who lovesss creamy things I strongly suggest their mashed potato uh la laaa creamy and so potatoish (yes some of the food reviewer used that kind of term to describe flavor lol, now i know why).
For me the creamy spinach cannot get the "creamy" terms because its too wattery :( it looks like sad spinach :(
The baby potato also too bland for me (not enough salt or any taste, yes sorry)
For the waffles, not fluffy types of waffle, it makes you think of too much flour kinda waffle.
