Alana could handle the complaint with pro. I was amazed. They upgraded me to executive suite, so my parents and i could have a good rest. ????????

Service was really good, really friendly, jogja peoples are nice.

Breakfast and pool was good, many kind of variant of food. Really like the custard pudding and the chocolate fountain (yes! they have THE fountain).

I had the opportunity to stay here for 6 nights.
The service is amazing, the staffs are friendly, there are many choices of food and the taste is so tasty.
The most important the place is comfortable, clean on every side and very safe.

Service from all staff was excellent, especially for giving us suitable connecting room in the sort of rooms available. Location is bit far from central city but still ok. Parking lot for car is available. Rooms were clean and ok, just some bathroom equipments were not equally complete between rooms, but not significant

We visited the lobby. It was big, cosy and has free wifi. This was all we needed. The hotel is big but the prices for their coffee and cakes is too high. There is a small city walk under the hotel which has a shop, barber, atm, coffee shop, laundry and fruit bar.
The staff, as always, are awesome.

First impression of staying at Alana: The service is very good and friendly, the place is clean, this time I was stayed in a spacious room with complete facilities, the swimming pool is very good,. of all, the most satisfying thing was the restaurant, the food was so complete and delicious..overall very satisfying and recommended

Good expperince during stay in alana hotel YK. Their food is so great. Good service too from mas hadi and other waiters during breakfast

Good place to staycation while in jogja, the room was spacious, clean and last but not least for the breakfast served in various menus u0026 tasty....
