I love the way cgv provides a movie.
Everything is perfect. Like the comfortable seat, clean, good vibes, and all the things that I couldn't find.

I watched Johnny English Strikes again last night. The ticket it's affordable, clean, comfort place to go. Even when you are hanging out with family, you can watch movie while eating popcorn there. The sound of this cinema is really good, but for me I have a suggestion, don't pick the chair which is close to the screen, Had better if you pick behind the wall, you can see comfortable????????????????

Nice and perfect place to watch new movie. This place has many studios with different size and quality. There's self-ticketing machine inside. Aldo you can buy food here. The toilet also clean and large. But i think it needs more chair

My go to place for watching movies. I usually watch alone, but a week ago, on June 3rd, 2022 there's a girl who sit alone next to me and I couldn't find the courage to say hi to her. We were watching the Everything Everywhere All at Once. I was so disbelief there is some girl who likes to watch alone. Huft...what a waste opportunity.

But hey, it's a great place. Sorry for my rambling though.

i hope there's an option for - stars because despite being cheap with the snacks, cgv hartono mall have the worst service. my boyfriend lost his wallet there and we had to go around the entire cinema for like 15-30 minutes to look for the staff. NO ONE WAS THERE. until a person who doesn't work there helped us. oh, and the visual sucks too.
