Rooms are quite big and comfortable, the hotel is extremely dirty you can find spider net wherever you go and all the building needs maintenance... under the bed and toilet dirty ... Services and food are average....I can't recommend this hotel to any one

Clean room, clean bathroom, but I think some rooms need renovation
And one more problem, I stayed here several times and there are always so many ants at the table on bedroom
You will see them on the table with flashlight

Location near suncity mall, free parking as long as I stay at hotel

Nice, comfortable place, easy to acces location for meeting and ceremonial moment, need some new design and corner decoration for refresh the atmosfer, not the best but reasonable option for our formal events.

3 stars hotel that deserve less than that.
I was booked 2 rooms yesterday, 1 of our room had a leaked on the refrigerator.
The room was big, a good room. Bathroom is good, but the shower was so little.
Television channels are few.
Too bad for the 3 stars hotel, they seems lacked of maintenance and kept the hotel at a good performance.

I stayed at room on fourth floor. The accoustic, I think, isn't really soundproofed. At night, I heard lots of screeching sound from above and even from the janitor's room next door.

The roomkeeping was not clean enough, there were still some food crumbs remained at the thin line between the carpet and the sofa chair. And even worse, the chair near the window (not the sofa chair) has broken, cannot even be sitted.

The morning buffet is decent, cannot judge enough because I was late at that time, the variety of choice was not much, but still acceptable.

Overall, great stay. I hope it'll be better next time.

Lack of cleanliness in the hotel room, there are unused paper in the drawer, stain in the chair, not to mention the dust in the window. The location is very good though
