Stayed there just for a night. Booked Grand Deluxe but came late at night u0026 the room was given to somebody else, so they upgraded my room into Suite Room. Thanks Swissbel.

Overall, the Suite Room is clean, spacious u0026 comfy. The bathroom is also nice with bathtub. Bed mattress was ok.

The downside is only the cafe dangdut just next to the hotel. So noisy in the night u0026 really annoying. Please consider to improve the sound proof so that the guest who choose this room in the future won't experience the same thing.

The staffs were so helpful and friendly.
Cleanliness is no doubt. The room, the bathroom, the pool, the toilet are well-maintained.
The menu for breakfast was so varied, from the appetizer, main course (many choices), and dessert. They also provide western-style breakfast.

Overall, I have no complaint

15 days Stay there initially Good and on the 5th day, the cleaning of the room started to act by not cleaning the room properly. some complaints such as the exhaust fan not working and the coffee cup only being cleaned with a tissue.

6 min to the airport, enjoy looking at the plant nursery along the road, a wide and safe foot path for a morning walk infront of the hotel.

most of housekeeping staff are helpful but front desk staff sometimes ignore you when they are busy and not quite helpful..but overall is OK

It's near Airport, the food was delicious too!
The room very comfy, and i enjoyed stay there ????

I'm choosing this hotel for 5 days business quarantine. The room is cozy, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. And Beside that, the meal is the best from other hotel i have ever stayed.

Highly recommended for any staycation with family or business trip.
