Staying from July 16th n check out today July 22nd,.
The staff especially the front desk female staff were very rude, she just hung up on my call when I asked for trolley during check out without confirmation n greetings.
Generally the staff were not friendly..
The room on the 7th floor has leaking, and I had to moved to the 1st floor where the pool/AC engine was very loud..
I've been to many cities n hotels and this is the worst experience I ever had..
If I have to highlight the positives side is only the free shuttle from and to airport and confirmation that I got from the male staff at the front desk during my relocation from 7th floor to 1st floor

Location near by airport, but surrounding hotel area minim public facility. Very good service

A small yet a convinient hotel. Priced about 700K Nett (during that season) but we can check in google hotels for detail room rates.

I Love the exterior and interior.
The room is quite big, has a very nice interior decor. They provide 1 unit long sofa in the room. They choose the right paint (pastel) and good arrangement of the coridor lamps.. makes the hotel looks so cozy not freaky.
The bathroom is big enough and neat.

Most of all, it only few minutes from Juanda airport. But, you need some effort to find mini market around hotel.

Best hotels near Juanda Airport. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The food choices for breakfast are varied and taste pretty good. A plus for a room directly next to the swimming pool.

Great hotel with great facility. The room is clean and smells good. The staff well trained and polite. This hotel is perfect for you if you need the accommodation around Juanda International Airport

Fantastic experience staying at Premier Place Hotel!
Rooms are clean and good sized.
Breakfast spread was nice with good variety daily.
Restaurant was reasonably priced and food quality was good.
Customer service was excellent.
Overall a very positive and memorable experience.
Would definately stay there again and reccomend this hotel to other.
