Kamar bagus dan terkesan baru, kurang nyaman krn bising kendaraan bermotor. Tdk ada wifi, ataupun breakfast, maklum krn harga murah. Dan pengelolaan sangat amatir, belum ada training krn dikelola secara keluarga. Sy diusir oleh pengelola yg mengaku yg punya rumah (sdh berusia lanjut) dikarenakan sy belum membayar perpanjangan wktu menginap. Pdhal KTP dan kendaraan (mobil) msh berada di dlm area penginapan. Dengan sikap kasar dan arogan, sy diusir utk keluar oleh yg punya "Rumah" Graha Sakinah 4. Di aplikasi pun tdk tertera apabila perpanjang waktu menginap hrs melalui aplikasi. Dan sehari sebelumnyapun sy sdh perpanjang dan membayar CASH. Sangat disayangkan pemilik rumah begitu arogan dan tdk mempunyai etika kepada sy sbg tamu dr jakarta yg sdh menginap 3 malam krn blm membayar perpanjangan wktu menginap. SANGAT TIDAK DIBERIKAN REKOMENDASI untuk pencari penginapan disini.., yg harusnya menerangkan secara prosedur atau SOP sesuai dr PIHAK OYO. Intinya KECEWA oleh perlakuan pihak pemilik rumah.. Mgkn sy bisa adukan ke pihak OYO atau YLKI ataupun ke pihak terkait. Tapi sudahlah, hny memaklumi bahwa tempat ini Amatiran..
