It's very nice, cozy, comfortable. Surrounding in the hotel is good. There were several international television channels available. Wifi works fine in the room. The air conditioner was working extremely well. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The main positive of the hotel is its excellent location.

You are within walking distance to just about anything you could want to do. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. A clean hotel with all amenities. The property looked to be well taken care of. Split unit air conditioner for room not cold despite utility ***'s help.

I'm not sure about the hotel 'star', but I think this one is not so bad. It has really nice and very large meeting rooms, the rooms are comfortable but not a luxury ones. Halal food? Of course! But I'm not sure for vegetarian foods. The rate? Backpackers will love it hahaa... For me, it's like a three star hotel.

We don't get disc even though we paid using mandiri card as mentioned on the promotion card, the shower leaking so my dad has to shower from the hose leaked, room dept definitely need big improvement. FB side....are much better on the food quality and services however the dinning table and chair not ergonomic standard size so made us difficult to enjoy the food.

The aircond was not so cold. Need to set it the lowest temperature. Called the receptionist to ask for iron clothes but they said they don't have it. The breakfast was great with various of food choices.

This is first time I check in Hotel Utami Surabaya.

Overall, this hotel is very good. It has large room even for lowest level room. Room is clean u0026 neat. Unfortunately the AC is not cool even in 16º but it is solved by restaurant (Fu0026B) service which open 24 hours, it is very helpful when you are hungry in the middle of night. I recommend Nasi Goreng Special from the restaurant, it is delicious!

You also get buffet breakfast service from hotel with delicious taste with complete menu.

The hotel is only 15 minutes to Bandara Juanda Surabaya.

4 stars for Hotel Utami! Recommended for your inn when you are in business trip.
