Better than a few years ago. More clean and more adequate facilities. Officers are also friendly, providing the best service for tourists. For announcers (boarding calls) should be given training to be more professional

The gate to a thousand islands. Most people heading out to Pulau Seribu will depart from this location. There are a number of tour operators with deals to the various islands north of Jakarta. Prior reservation is definitely recommended for weelend trips.

Lines for the toilet can be very long with dozens of people queueing up before their long ferry rides.

Clean harbour. The boat is on time too.
Recommended harbour when you plann go to thousand island. It is awful only, that we need to pay ticket to entrance ancol though we only want to the harbour without any planning to go around ancol
