Should be think twice to stay in this hotel for more than one night. It's make me sick stayed in the 3rd floor new building, there's no wifi signal, you hand phone can't be used at all. Only national tv chanels. No natural view when you open your room'window, just fences. Restourant u0026 food, better you bring from home or use go food. Services ? Very2 awful make me up set. More than 4 hours waiting doing nothing for my laundries. Hotels has no laundry's team, they send it to others, but their management is very2 bad.
You have to think twice to pay from your own pocket ....

Marble floor for luxury looks from lobby to bedroom and bathroom
Luxury bathroom shower, Gohre
Wide bedroom
Wide mirror above the headboard
Semi outdoor restaurant for breakfast
Playground next to restaurant
Restaurant with wooden table n chair
Breakfast with Indonesian taste
Fast response service when requesting room facilities

MINUS
Bathroom is so humid, many fungi on the floor
The breakfast menus are limited, no desert, American breakfast
No separated area for smoking and non smoking in the restaurant
Wall color isn't match to marble and furniture
Eco washer on the toilet doesn't work ( I have told the staff to fix it, and they have tried, but it still didn't work properly, needs to be replaced
Exhaust fan in the bathroom is too small, it is more appropriate for toilet
There is only one bed-side table
There are some stain/ fungi on the white screen curtain
The bedroom is humid, the bedcover is cold because of the humidity and no AC
Double bed means two twin beds are joined
Fungi inside water heater
Floor drain is dirty, water cannot flow easily

Before unpacking your luggage, please check these things:
-towels
-toilet (eco washer)
-floor drain
-water heater

A holiday hotel perfect for couple or family. Cozy and spacious rooms are available for small families, and several cottages are available if you would like to bring your whole family. The room was nice, the foods are good and variative (though on site cooking took to long to cook, there was a messy line of people waiting for their simple omelette). You will feel the cold and fresh air here to freshen you up. You could also take a walk around the area and discover some unique and beautiful scenery or villas.
This hotel has a very spacious parking lot, don't worry.

The place was OK...it was Pretty much clean, the infrastructure was good, tho the hotel was pretty old. The theme of this hotel is pretty straight forward...the traditional villa vibes can be clearly seen. The room was nice, it was clean, and include all the necessary stuff like tv, hot water, atc. The view was fantastic...you can see montain and other natures stuff. Overall i can say this hotel/cottage is worth your money.

Very good place (hotel u0026 cottage) for refreshing from the routine activity...
Very nice view, good food and clean room...
A lot of facility and warm people... easy access and not far from Surabaya city...
You can enjoy your vacation with your family or you can make a family gathering event with your community....
With reasonable price... you can make unforgerable moment with your family or your community....
So... check and prove it...!!!

There are hotels u0026 cottage, the weather is cold and good for taking a rest. I suggest more concern for maintain the all cottages.
