I have been stayed here 4 years a go and it was fabulous hotel and love to return to this hotel again for our next family holiday. Unfortunately, the quality and cleaniness of the room were poor. It was not like staying in 5 stars class hotel and it was more like 2-3 stars. The bathroom was dirty and smells. It took for hours to drain the bathtub. Some pillow covers and bed sheets were dirty, and lucky we got the covers u0026 sheets replaced. Some wallpaper peeled off. Bathroom wooden skirting was damaged. Fridge was smelly. Some power points came off loose. Sauna room was not properly maintained as most wooden floor and seat came off loose or missing.

The only outstanding from this experience was the breakfast. An excellent customer service provided by all staffs from the restaurant even the food was just OK.

Location is good, there is a mall nearby.

Strategically located, close to many offices and tourist attractions. Hotel is well kept although had seen better days, room also well maintained and facilities also in good conditions.

As a frequent traveller, they recognized and honor us with upgrades and benefits, can hold the title as my second home in Medan, highly recommended.

dear JW Marriott Medan, management team,

we stayed on 13 - 14 Aug 2022, it was our first and memorable experience. three of us were very happy and amaze with the local staffs assistance, full aim to make their guests being fully take care.

we had Mila from the sales team, Daniel at the Front Desk and Benny at the restaurant who we remembered very well with their longtime great assistance. Daniel's supervisor, when we checked in also nicely make sure about our room was in the great condition. thank you!!!
the food at the breakfast time was superb, thank you Chef Agung who stopped by at our table.

one thing as input, as we park our car at the basement, would be useful if there are more signages to the hotel lobby. its complicated to find the way with the not maintained lift service.

Stayed 2-7 May 2022. Unhappy with the room given (unclean/stain bathroom/soap rack water not flowing, need to change the pillow/ bed cover -already wear off). Massage at the spa room- flooring need to change u0026 towel was so old u0026 wear off u0026 stuffy smell. Anyway, my stay was great due to Front Manager Mr Selamat politeness u0026 humbleness who attend to my complaint u0026 change to a better room immediately. Its the personality of the staff that matters..on top of that, the staff at the Fu0026 B Mr Ilham, Mr Hambali, Ms Puspa prawati ..its nice to meet them for breakfast with their morning greeting u0026 their friendliness despite been busy.

Staying here for a business trip on 18-20 March just before pandemic attack, hotel was great, very nice and helpful employee. Room is spacious, well maintained and looks new. Bathroom also very clean and they give me full amenities. The great one is the breakfast, lots of food either western or local, tastes great. I really love and recommend this Hotel.

Thanks for always giving me perfect room in the corner, I can soak in bath tub with beautiful night light through big window. I can enjoy sunset from perfect higher floor hotel bedroom. It is wonderful experience which i will always look for when i visit JW Marriot Hotel Medan.

We had a perfect stay here again.
Specially the breakfast is very very good, so is the service. We were very pleased to meet Pasihar Manalu again. We first meet him 3 years ago in the Marriott, he was and still is very kind to us and gave us really good service during breakfast. For sure we will stay again at the Marriott next when we visit Medan...
