the hotel location is strategic because it is in the middle of the city and near to some malls and restaurants. The room is not worth (based on my experience) it is because the bathroom has foot scent, and it turns out from the towel, the bathroom door is also a little stuck, But for the bed is really comfortable. Last, the food and restaurant are the best, the food is delicious, varies, and ambience restaurant is very good, especially outdoor area because the restaurant close to the swimming pool.

Great hotel in the middle of Medan with access to Lippo mall and Sun Mall within walking distance. Excellent service and staff hospitality. Food was only mediocre (both breakfast and room service) but edible. Noise of water and doors is clearly audible from other rooms so speak to the reception if you are a light sleeper.

A lovely place. It is sad that I only stayed for 2 nights and that I haven't tried their pools. One of their best qualities is their breakfast. Lots of options available and you have to try different foods for each breakfast. One of the best choices of Hotel in Medan. ????

Great experience. Clean, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, spacious breakfast area with quite a good selection of both local and western food. Close to a mall. Definitely will come back again.

Very strategic location. Most of important landmarks are within walking distance and the surrounding area is very ideal for walking too. Even the room aren't the newest, it's very clean. All the staffs were helpful. Breakfast taste and range are okay ????????

Only attended as a guest speaker. The ballroom has tall ceiling and large stage.

Great staffs, great food. I Has not been see the room though. Hopefully as good as the service quality the staff provide.

We had two rooms in this hotel across to each other and the service was excellent ???? We need a toilet tissue and it was delivered quick. The staff also smile and kind. Love it.
