great hotel, good place, great services. it's not a new hotel, but they keep update following the modern standard. the lift need to upgrade with more smart system, takes a long time to wait.

Good room, great bathtub.
Great room-service food, but breakfast are quite poor in all aspects, quantity, taste, and options. Came in around 7:30AM to almost empty food trays.

Pro :
D'Heritage is perfect for any event and looks so classy
The good part is the hotel room view that we got is open view and looks good

Cons :
Standard already drop compare to last time which is
1. bed is very soft,
2. Lobby environment is quite dark compare to other hotel like adi mulia or JW marriot.
3. Check out time approx 45 min and this is the first time in my entire life I need to queue 45 min for check out.

So I stayed both in the apartment and the hotel. the hotel room were pretty good, but the apartment's toilet had see through doors and the showerhead was broken. Also had a burger, probably the best burger I've eaten yet.

Clean and spacious room, helpful and friendly staff, best location being next to the Lapangan Merdeka and walking distance to Central Station.

one of the luxurious hotels in Medan. The facilities and services reflect the deserving 5 star. The best part of this hotel is the location, which is right at the city centre, walking distance to almost all important places like malls, banks, train station, food court, nightclubs, etc.
