The hotel itself was well place in the heart of the city of Medan. Room was big enough with the comfy king size bed. I had pool's view from my window which was nice. Too bad that I only had a shower bath room, not a bathtub one as I stated it on my request. Breakfast quality was a bit shocking, it was way too far from the 4 stars hotel standart. They didn't even notice that the cold fresh milk was a bit sour taste on it which has been expired. It was a great hotel after all.

Adimulia is not a bad hotel itself. I never put any comment except if the service is wonderful or really poor. I booked two rooms for wedding pictures and they threatened me to charge me extra 7 millions IRD for taking pictures out of my room. This is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. The first time this happens to me. In none of the hotels I've been in Europe (castles, palaces etc) they did it to me. Very disappointing ! I will not recommend a place like that with such a political management

5 stars hotel with super cheap amenities. Plastic usage a lot, plastic brush, cheap paste, Lipton tea (same like OYo hotel)Bad qualityof soap. Breakfast buffet is average. Fyi for a picture at swimming pool they will charge you for 7 millions ???????? with all people swimming behind you. Hope this review will be read by the management, super corrupted mindset.

Service u003d receptionist super poor , this is the first time i got this kind of service really2 not acceptable u0026 super slowwwwww , there will be always a long queue.

Big, large, excellent hotel for me. Got super king bed 220x200, wow interesting...
Super clean hotel, smells good at the lobby and the way to the room, but you cannot find bathtub, well I didn't expect it too, just use the shower to take a bath, easy.
Big enterence way to bus enter the main lobby to drop of. Excellent.

Very unpolite staff. Especially Hendrik as manager. And Ade Irma as front desk.
Very slow services, dirty, very disappointed. Even me, booked more than 6 rooms, and also suite room, but our group didn’t even enjoy for staying with adimulia. I promise this is my last time. And i won’t come back. Food dirty and messy.
Dear owner, mrs Liang can’t believe this is what you build.

Interior and exterior is very ellegant. They have such a beautiful pool and jacuzzi as well. I rate them five stars!
