This is a very good hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights for business pupose. The hotel is vast, with lush garden, big swimming pool, spacious rooms and amazing Grand Ball Room. We used the Rinjani Ball Room for a conference and we were amazed with a Giant LED Screen facility sized of 4meters x 3meters !!!. Fantastic !!!

I came here just for a meeting. The meeting room is quite good, with a capacity of 42 people. It's just that what's lacking is the inactivity of the wifi even though it is really needed during meetings so I have to use a data package

The reason why we chose this hotel was because of their good location, and it is. However, i was not happy with the room access card. 1st rokm was failed, can not be opened with the access card. They upgraded us with a better room, but still the access card was not really good. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn’t. The bathroom was also so old and not really clean. They only provide us with very simple amenities (soap, shampoo, towel). The one that I really liked from this hotel was their swimming pool. Ibreally enjoyed their big and spacious swimming pool. We spent 2 nights here, and I just enjoyed their swimming pool fir morning and afternoon swim. Their location is great, downtown lombok and not really far from Mandalika so we can drive towards Mandalika, Sasak, Sade area. Good for business trip but not for holiday.

Ask the hotel to put you room upper level so you could get the beautiful sunrise view.
Food is ok. Location is in the city. There is supermarket and food restaurants nearby.

Room is kind of dirty ... service is really bad.....not even try to help at all....is was so disappointed ????

Nice hotel with a wonderful view. They have plenty of rooms with comfortable bed. I love the pillow and they fluffy sheets. It's perfect. The room also spacious. Also a nice swimming pool and garden. However. I am so disappointed by the staffs. Most of them didn't have a good attitude and information about the hotel. When I asked the staff about the food ingredients, location of the room or other basic questions which I think they should know as a hotel staffs, they just said that they don't know. I travel around Indonesia a lot, and i found this hotel didn't have a friedly staffs. Not everyone but alomost all of them. I am not happy for that. I hope this hotel can improve they performance.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row as we love the Raya and everything about it. Everyone who works here are very kind and friendly and are eager and happy to help you wherever they can. The pool is incredible, as is the pool man and the work he does to keep things tip top! We will be returning.
