It's what you'd expect from a business class hotel. Very comfortable rooms and ambiance. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing.

A few things were lacking though. We had to pay the restaurant and room service cash, instead of just booking it on the room. They have no clue about vegetarian and vegan food in the restaurant. We managed to get some, but the menu gave us almost zero choice.
One thing we really didn't like is that they pack their cutlery in plastic. Such a waste, especially when you know that on Lombok most waste is just burned.

It's a great hotel, excellent. I was enjoyed the swimming pool and The breakfast particularly. But in my room, the hot water was not function well and that's not good. From my point of view. It got 8 (1 -10 scale).

It's great in many ways. Clean room and courteous people.

Good food with varieties for all guests.

Good room views and bed. Provide 2 bottles of water and replenish the consumables like tooth brush, soap etc.

Everyone is sooo kind even if we make mistakes..

There's so much to choose from in the breakfast

Unfortunately the service was not pleasant because there had to be a long drama about the room-type that did not match our order. The situation is even more uncomfortable when there are "person" staff who are reluctant to admit their mistakes. Making mistakes is a natural thing, the most important thing is how to apologize and fix it so we can trust you again. The hotel business is a business full of consumer trust.

Simply a great hotel. The staff are special, always polite and friendly, always neat and tidy. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast included in a very reasonable tarriff.
Food is good and coffee great. Excellent value.

Stayed at 8th floor and got beautiful view. Food are vary and taste delicious. Location is good.

Perfect hotel for bussiness trip. The located is a lil bit far away from city but nearest with Sate Rembiga Bu Sennasih. The staff was very nice and helpful. And the breakfast was so gewd! There was an Indomie corner for breakfast. A good choice! Love it.
