Very kind and helpful staff, great location, delicious and wide variety of food. Really enjoyed the pool bar. Small areas of further improvements: new and more equipment in the gym area required; slightly better isolation from the street noise.

Good location, free drinking water outside room, breakfast buffet and comfortable bed but lacked hot water shower (lukewarm at best, cold otherwise) and the service in the restaurant could have been better. It's a fine place to stay for a couple of nights if you don't mind cold showers. Front desk and housekeeping staff very helpful. 100k for a large bintang and the spa is crazy overpriced as well. Grab mart deliver beer and head down the street to Lee's Reflexology for a great massage instead. Pool on third floor is tiny and overrun by children. Gym is sparsely equipped. TV speakers broken and google nest (voice room control) definitely didn't work. Wifi worked well enough except when the power would go out (three times during our two night stay).

Strategic location close to the city center, supermarket, culinary and ATM center. Friendly service and rooms are cleaned every day. There is a welcome drink.

Ok fellas.. for this two days I stay at Aston In Mataram Lombok.. location is great in the centre of Mataram and it having pool also, but personally I prefer astoria poll.. bigger and more comfy, if you guys love gym it's also better at astoria hotel.. in this Aston hotel is not good for gym person (no treadmill).. but over all it's clean.. one thing that I don't like is that at Aston they don't serve water bootle anymore, instead they replace it with water jug and refill it by our self in the hallway (un confinience).. for the breakfast? Let's see tomorrow morning ????

Good hospitality. Fast check in time. Fast check out time. The place is in the middle of city. I stay at superior room and it was really nice????

Very not recommended for stay here.
The service and responsibility staff not good.
I am always enjoy stay at aston all branch but only this hotel not good and i am not recommended.
