We booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Friendly staff and security, great location.
However, AC not cold. We waited till midnight but still not cold. As we were too tired to make a feedback or change room, so we just bear with it. Hope the hotel can do some checking.

Staff are friendly, small room , clean but need little repair in wall and you can hear step from outside room.
Good for transit.
Quiet area but easy access to mini market and food.
Nice to stay here.

One of the worst budget hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel amenities were so bad. The corners of the sink were dirty black. The towels have started to shred away. The chairs have holes on its leather. Not to mention that there's no parking building so you'll get wet if it's raining. There are many other better hotels in malang for similar budget

Warm water works well, service okay, but the facility inside the room is not in a really good condition. The AC is not that cool that made me sweat at night, the chair is not well covered too.
But overall for staying a night, it is just okay.

Nice hotel, small room but comfy, wifi is not fast but work fine, hot water not hit enough but still working well, the shower head stand is broke, but they have slipper, cotton bud, shampoo and shower gel which is nice too have in budget stay. They have pool too. Location is near exit tol. Overall stay in here is nice

Absolute best.

I went here with my school on field trip. The service was excellent and the breakfast was tasty. The rooms were spacious, and are equipped with clean and comfortable bathrooms. The lifts are a bit slow, in my opinion, and if you got a room in the lower floors and don't have much luggage, I would suggest you to instead take the stairs.

Great rooms, has so much room amenities such as water boiler, refrigerator, although there was missing amenities such as broken pencil and unclean notebook. The service was nice, the staffs were friendly and polite. This hotel had nice additional amenities such as clean swimming pool. The price was lower than most of the hotels in Malang that is of same class. Overall, this place was my recommended place to stay around Malang.
