This hotel is strategically located next to a small mall and eateries. We stayed 2 nights at Room 851 then 105. Room 105 is bigger than the other room, with the same arrangement, but slightly more expensive. However, room 851 condition was better than 105. Both have comfortable beds, clean, and quiet. Easy parking. Very good and friendly service. Absolutely will stay here again.

Well, I personally have no problem during my stay here. Room is clean, comfortable, everything is OK and looks exactly as the promoted picture. Great hospitality from the staff, strategic location near transmart.
My only complain is, and I really thought this issue was already raised by other reviewers here as well, their breakfast. Taste is OK, nothing special, but the variety is very minimum AND there is no meat at all. I'm really tired of chicken and lose my interest for breakfast once I found out that there is no meat at all. Even cheaper hotels like red planet has sausages for breakfast.

The hotel has a very good location and excellent service but it's an old hotel and not so well maintained. There are stains on the floor, chair, etc.

It's convenience because it's located by Transmart Mall but some rooms are not as well maintained.

Breakfast was good. The restaurants offered more variants than competitors. It does taste delicious as well.

Fortunately, the hotel manager moved me to another room. The upgraded room feels better but does not remove the maintainance issue. I think the hotel should consider renovating it since it's been 8 years since the hotel was launched.

The place is very strategic because it is located in the very center of the city, right next to the mall. Standard room cleanliness. Because swissbell "inn" so indeed the room is narrower than swissbell in general. So I was a bit surprised when I first entered. The price also feels a bit expensive for a room of this size. The advantage of this hotel is the super friendly staff. The breakfast menu is also quite good.

Quick check-in process. Clean room. Entry to the hotel area was backed-up due to a wedding event. Plenty of breakfast selection was provided. Located near a mall u0026 within a short walking distance to local food vendors.

It was a nice staying experience there. The cheapest room goes for 460k yet its a delighful experience to sleep there. The city view on the 8th floor is amazing. Clean and neat place. The variety menu of the breakfast is decent but the taste is awesome. Location is in the middle of Malang, closed to the MX and matos mall. And the pool and its service is the best.

Nice vibes u0026 place, near public facility u0026 mall, free parking, there's swimming pool for kids u0026 adults. Overall, recommended for spend the weekend here. ????
