This place is very nice to chill outside because it has fore coffee. However, inside of the mall is very empty and only has 2 floors. When I went inside, I think I was the only customer walking around. At least it has XXI

I rarely come here, if I'm only here for the cinema, I don't know about the condition of the mall, but it's okay for a mall, ac not turned on but at least escalators was turned on Unfortunately on upfloor there's nothing can be found, only the cinema.

Located in the entrance of one of the best real estates in Malang City, the mall has Giant in it and other good branded clothing stalls. The hall on the first floor is a good place to hold an event.

Not so great but okay plaza that located in Araya Residence. There XXI movie theater here so it'll attract trendy crowds. Giant supermarket also offers everyday needs. Starbucks outlet is here too if you want to hangout with your friends.

Feel like this mall will closed if they didnt had a xxi in it. Hopefully there will be much options again like when i first came to malang, before the pandemi

Moderate hotel nowadays with great places, and strategic position. You can go to mall, or cinema in mall, and have a dinner at nearby restaurant here. For the rooms, its 8/10. Personally, the AC didn't cold as i know, but overall, it was a good room.
