I've been enjoying shopping to Lai Lai because of varieties u0026 convenient. However, today was a dissapointment: I found items that have expired on the shelves u0026 lack of customer service skills by floor associates. Two female floor associates were giggling u0026 leave me hanging after I asked one of them the expiration date on the packaging (it was written on the front of packaging which I and one of sales associate did not see). Afterwards, one of them use term "o'on" (or stupid) and I was not sure whether it referred to herself or to me. Whether it's customer's confusion or not, as a sales floor associate, you're in charge of providing a good customer experience, assisting people in the store with products or orders with politeness, good manner u0026 informative language.

One stop supermarket for all your needs.
Lots of traditional snack, good quality vegetable, imported goodies, and you also can find fresh murbei, which is quite difficult to find elsewhere.

Medium sized supermarket.
Plenty of parking off the street in front of the building.
Helpful staff.
Great range of products.
Eftpos and Credit card options are available for payment.
Would I come back again ????

Good place for shopping. Best modern market in Malang, (like Hokky in Surabaya) all various and unique products provided. This modern market is good but so crowded. Good place to find fresh fruit, and many more. ????????????????????????

All in one stop groceries and gifts (oleh oleh Malang-pia mangkok, sweets etc). Lots of imported goods mostly from Korea and Japan (tea, coffee, bottledrink etc), open up to 2100pm
