Using one of its meeting rooms. Not the biggest one, but it surely is clean and neat. It is not sound-proof. Voices from other meeting rooms can be heard and it is a distraction, a not very nice one at that. The restroom is also quite far from the meeting room I rent. It is not that convenient. Parking is also a little tricky, located at the basement, it is not well-lit. Not to mention the confusing signs. The food is good, but does not taste that great, also lacks of freshness. I will rate it as on okay experience. I have seen better places in lower price.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Book only if you don't care about cleanliness.

Room is very old and dated. Shower area is really dirty and gross. There's no space to even put your toiletries as even the toiletries holder is spoilt. So you either have to put them on the floor or outside of the shower area.

Bedsheets had holes in them too.

There was a night when the power went off and on for a few times in the middle of the night, which resulted the TV turning on and off.

Hotel only looks nice from the outside but rooms are poorly maintained. Overpriced hotel, do not recommend. You can definitely get much better hotels for the price they are charging.

I stayed for 2D3N. The LCD tv is broken, also in bathroom, the soap holder is broken too when I put the soap it always felt. The food is standard.. nothing special. The staff is unfriendly, when they meet with guest they only use their phone without greeting the guest. I hope in the future the service and Food much better.

I stayed in this hotel from 22 - 23 September 2022 (3D2N).

My room, 214, isn't cleaned properly.

Right after i checked in myself, I can find dusts everywhere on the floor, dirt stain on the bed sheet, and i even found a dead gecko with torn skin and tail splitted from it's body under the table, not to mention it's blood which spreaded on the floor around it's body.

This isn't a budget hotel, this is a 4 stars hotel.

C'mooon..

And also their food (breakfast) isn't taste really good, but not also bad. Just standard..

The location is good, located in ijen nirwana elite residence. Near by Cafe and resto also shopping Mall. The room was okay, but did not have iron and no bathtub. Has balcony but a little bit not comfortable since the sliding door from room to balcony didn't locked and no key. Breakfast menu just okay many choices. Mainly local foods menu.

The bedrooms are nice the people are nice, the position is central.
Nonetheless the restaurant is not at the level of what we could expect.
Moreover they put advertisement for their restaurant on repeat mode which is annoying for long stay guest.

It good the food is nice.there a jacuzzi and a sauna but the time is limited.the service there so nice. It pretty good for a 4-star hotel
