The hotel has a resort like facilities with nice swimming pools. Good for family. But the rooms has too thin wall. Shouting kids in the corridors guarantee waking you up in the morning. Even the sound of hair dryer and murmuring conversations from neighboring room was heard clearly, annoying my late night reading. Breakfast menu is plenty of choices, but the taste is just barely made it. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a nice and beautiful hotel, but needs more improvement.

Good Modern large place to stay, with beautiful surroundings and great swimming pool below the palm trees for the kids. Lot of families staying, at least in the weekend. Firm but not too hard beds. Way out of center city Malang. All kind of services, including not so cheap but good restaurant, try the lava cake (really delicious)!

We booked a family room and it was quite large and nice. They provide tent and couple beanbags for kids in the room. The bathroom was rather small for a big room like this but it was clean. The food for breakfast was good. The pool was OK but the kids club were rather empty (lack of toys).
One thing more, i think that the location was rather far from city center and lots of favorite restaurants in Malang.

The service is amazing! The area around the hotel and the hotel are beautiful. The staff go out of their way with their service. If you have a request they will try to do it as soon as possible. And if you have allergies, it will be taken care of very well. They will confirm it with you and make sure that the chef knows it too. I definitly recommend this hotel!

Overall is nice hotel to stay. But perhaps for some people don't like to stay on our floor. We stay at room no. zero (0xx). It feels so quiet.. creepy. Location is on u003e 500m from main road. Service is ok. Ambience is nice. Price is reasonable.

Even just one night stay, we had a good time. The taste of the menu in buffet was so good, and the other ones as well.

I'm so glad that we could check-in at 1pm due to the room is already available ... thank you Harris for the hospitality.

oh ya ... the popcorn (2k/each) taste was good too, they're provided two varian "salty and sweet" he's enjoyed so much.

Great for staycation, get away from crowded citylife. Note that this hotel is quite far from Malang city centre, good for leisure or company training than for business. Villa building is great, clean, and maintained very well. Service is excellent! Very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Some points that could be improved :

1. Breakfast taste was blant on my first night, getting better (but still under expectation) on second night. Need improvement.
2. Bathroom is functioning well, but bathroom lightning is too dim, sometimes I get scared without reason inside. Need brighter lamp.
