You will get a nice Hotel place for your money. Nice and friendly staff. Good location and very cleaned. Nice breakfast and BBQ. I strongly recomend this Hotel.

Stayed here not long ago. We booked two rooms and got a room on the 8th floor. Clean rooms and complete amenities. But unfortunately the mattress in our room was not comfortable, because the spring in the mattress was coming out. Likewise with the sofa. Not forget to mention that at night we were about to sleep, suddenly from the lights on the ceiling suddenly leaked water. I called the receptionist and soon engineering came to check the source of the problem, and it turned out that the AC water reservoir on the ceiling overflowed due to condensation. In general, it is an unpleasant experience staying here.

Pro's : tasty food, various menus are served, spacious room.
Con's : - while breakfast found some menus was running out and not to fulfilled quickly, we have to wait quite long. Maybe more person needed when in peak season/long weekend.
- shall to deposit idr. 300k, while we have cash payment to travel agent (travel***)

In overall, very good services and would stay back to Atria sometimes. ????????

Parking area is huge enough. The lobby is pretty good but the service isn't really good cause the reseptionist is busy on phone. The customer toilet is clean.

The foods must be noted! They serve many delicious foods for breakfast. And the last day i just noticed that they have a delicious waffel.

I stayed here for two nights along with my uncle and his family when they visited their daughter who studied at a boarding school in Malang. I like this hotel because of its vibes and its quiet atmosphere. There are plenty of food that offered during breakfast time and it was good, though we almost running out of food during the breakfast on the second day due to stay too much time at the pool.

Been staying here a week for work business and I truly love it. The ambience is really nice, the staffs are all really nice and helpful, and the facilities are complete.

Located near the center of the city, you almost have no trouble finding foods around the hotel. If you want to eat in the resto though, it is not quite great because the menu pretty much the same everyday.
