A nice hotel to stay in with family or business trips. It has a open area swimming pool where you can look at the city, meeting rooms, fitness room, and other stuffs I won't bother to look at.

The continental breakfast has a lot of variations, including local speciality foods.

The rooms are really nice, as what you would expect from a hotel. There is nothing wrong with my experience staying in.

Good hotel. Room @ deluxe is quite nice. During the evening the air con is cold, however during the day it is really hot. I set it at 18 celsius but the room temp is up to 26 degrees.

Breakfast is just okay.

worst..i booked for 3 nights since July but when i arrived at September they said there was no room and no booking although i already showed them the booking receipt? Then they said they were overbooked? Very not professional..
Definitely wont come here for my next visit in Makassar

View is v beautiful. Need to work harder on cleanliness. Bedsheets hv spots. So as toilet.

The views from the balcony of premier suite on the 15th floor is amazing and breathtaking. The food is delicious, especially for the dessert (perhaps due to my sweet-tooth palate). I enjoy my visit here together with friends.

The only hotel in the world that according to staff charge 4 nights for 3 nights.So I arrive early morning 11/10/22 I pay for that night of course only fair I can go straight to my room I stay the 12/10//22 and 13/10/22 I pay for them nights I leave early 14/10/22 at 0400hrs I the morning.They want me to pay for 14/10/22 as well.NO WAY!!???

Excellent hotel! Friendly and helpfull staff, great rooms, nice swimmingpool and a great variety of breakfast! ????????????????????
