Enjoy really nice sunset while drinking a cup of coffee at the restaurant on the lobby floor. There is also a park downstairs near the beach.
To the hotel crew, especially the security at front glass door, thank you for being nice to me during my stay in your hotel #817. Very good sunrise welcomed me in the morning.

The deluxe room is spacious with 2 options sea or city views. If you choose sea view, you can see sunset from your window. It is not kind of luxurious hotel..but still a good one and gives comfortness to stay. The breakfast menus are not extraordinary but still ok. You can have your breakfast with sea view. This hotel also has swimming pools.

Stayed for 2 nights and chose the sea-view room. What an amazing scenery! The staffs were very helpful, the breakfast was very delicious! There were fast internet access in-room and various TV channels.

Room with city view will get super hot inside if you are not able to leave AC on. When booking a superior room it will be right next to the elevator. To get some sleep you are forced to upgrade to deluxe (meaning extra charge). And to make it even more confusing. On the website it states incl. 5 piece laundry per day. As I am typing I am already having a discussion with all kind of managers for more then 1 and a half hours.

This for me will be the last time I book on swiss-bel hotel anywhere in the world.

Location of the hotel is good even though we only used it to sleep between flights. It is located at 30min from the airport and it is pretty central in the city. We chose rooms with sea view and for non smoking people. Well. The rooms stinked of smoke and it took long time to get a new room, which anheah stinked of smoke. They came several time to just spray deodorant... Communication was difficult, their English was pretty poor. For the rest the room had what we needed and payed for...

Nice location u0026 beautiful view / scenery thru this hotel. Unfortunately the quality of the foods here is dissappointing, not up to Swiss-Belhotel supposed to be. But the live music u0026 bar on the top floor is...........super cool.

Appalling room service.

I asked for in room dining menu and they insist there is a QR code near TV yet there is none (see photo). They said they will deliver it to my room yet after half an hour nobody came. I called again, half an hour nobody came.

Such abysmal experience in an otherwise nice hotel.
