It need more attention to somethings like the light that doesn't turn on, tv remote that doesn't work, an old air condition, menus on breakfast etc. Ah excuse for my request for a cup of cappuccino on breakfast cause my xperiences stayed at 4stars hotel, it doesn't charge me when I ordered it. Also thanks for all staff who has a big heart for help me with. Omg, we need min. IDR. 100.000 for use "BCA" card, tickled. Thankyou

This hotel is very good for service and location, very good for bringing small children here, besides having a playground they also provide a pool for small children. In terms of food, they have a restaurant that can be ordered through room service or directly to the restaurant, In terms of rooms, you could say the rooms are not too soundproof, quite noisy, especially disturbances from the sound of guests passing by in front of the room. For rooms, standard. The room is small but still enough space to move around. It's just that the cleanliness can be said to be doubtful, there are some cockroaches that are quite disturbing to our food on the table. well.... They have a good water system in the bathroom, the water is very strong and also I like it. The rest of this hotel is very affordable, it can be a recommendation for a family vacation place with kids

Nice sea themed hotel. Health protocols are carried out properly, such as hand sanitizers at several points, disinfectant chambers, temperature checks, etc. The lobby is quite spacious. The hotel facilities are complete, there is a super long swimming pool, children's pool, gym, restaurant, flying fox, tennis court, kids playground, billiards, prayer room, large ballroom, Alfamart which has direct access from the hotel, and my favorite is the garden which spacious and beautiful equipped with a seating area, perfect for relaxing. Entering my room on the 2nd floor, I think the room is a bit small, but there is a balcony with a view of the swimming pool below and the parapet of another room hehe. The room is clean, the mattress is soft, the bathroom is clean, and there is something unique, the folding chair in the shower. But the minus I think is the absence of a cupboard. The in-room dining is good and the portions are big. Overall this hotel is good and recommended????????

With the price I think its to pricey. The happiness pool direct access's room is to small for me. I booked trough tiket.com and what shown in the app and what really is was different.the f.o staff when i was checking in kind of lack hospitality but the woman when i was checking out was really friendly, smile and all. The pool it self kind of different from what I was imagining from their ig.dine in was good though. Tasty and quite cheap.
