Famous beach in Makassar. Divided into 3 parts, cmiiw. Good place to see sunset and take a photograph. Because it has lot of instagrammable spot. Facilities like toilet and mosque are available here. You can also enjoy some activities like a boat to tour around the beach area, jogging, etc. Luckily when I’m here there was a really kind local people(who work at that tour boat) which offer me some photoshoot and guide as well. Thank you!

Too full to get touristy feels, no sands too. But the festive atmosphere was still there, and the sunset view was amazing. There's a lot of food nearby too, so if your goal was to have dinner while enjoying sunset, this place is perfect unless you want a quieter place.

To be fair losari Beach platform is cool place. In the morning you can go jogging. The view is nice. On weekends, this place turns into human flood where everybody hangout. If you're not into crowd, come here on weekdays. I like morning jogging in here the best. But I hope the tourism department would pay more attention to its cleanliness. The water is dark, there are trashes everywhere. People throw their rubbish everywhere and as it is a public space, I hope the water filling station works not let to be broken and unfixed. It WILL help to reduce the trash in the location. They forget to build children playground too.

My first time being here and it was cloudy and about 5 minutes later the rain came (light shower) guess I'm lucky since all the people are looking somewhere dry, I take the opportunity to take a pictures. The place is clean. People normally come here during night time (based on the information from my local friend) and I bet night time with all the lights, the ambience is more fun! Will go there at night when I have the chance.

Pantai Losari is a beach front promenade.
There are 3 such picture spots which throng with people on weekend and roads are jam packed with cars. If you want picture with less people, better go from 7am to 9am. Although sunny, it's worth it!

The orange colored structure behind is the new mosque. It has 99 pillars and is still under construction.

Just opposite is a throng of eating places, restaurants and other shops.

Better use casual outfit due to quite hot weather even though strolling in night. Has many photo spot, but toilet must be improve in cleanliness

Great place for jogging.
Wide pedestrian, jogging / walking friendly. Clean environment, and many objects for selfie.
I salute the local government who make space for excercises. We can walk, run or bike in this area with great bay view.
There are two mosque and both are beautiful. Also the bridge is pretty spot for selfie
