Manohara Borobudur

The restaurant located inside the Borobudur complex. You could go to Borobudur directly from this restaurant. Maybe that is the reason we have to make reservation first before, even though the restaurant is not crowded. We got asked by the security several times about the reservation and it is quite annoying.
The price of the food is reasonable and the taste is good. The best of all you could dine and enjoy the Borobudur temple scenery.

This is the only hotel within the perimeter of Borobudur temple. Its quite dated though. But our accommodation fees already included the entrance to the temple, a light show and two contemporary stage performances at night. Its really value for money.

We, the Patbhé Nordic Club Jogjakarta team, participated in celebrating the Borobudur Malioboro NWF Nordic Walking Festival Agustus 27-28, 2022. In this picture we're participating in the Nordic Gymnastics Competition.
Lunch box is decent, rice is hmmmm delicious, unfortunately chicken not tasty, hard ???? ...easy no problemo ???????? ..eating rice with chili sauce and crackers is pretty good ???? Alhamdulillah. The watermelon ???? is sweet, Thank you the Manohara team.

The hotel was quite old, but it was okay and clean. Located inside Borobudur Area so its walking distance to Candi Borobudur Zone 2 u0026 Lumbini garden.
Breakfast was okay, delicious but not spectacular.

Superb hotel near Borobudur. Really nice staff. Great amenities, lovely gardens. If I return to the area, I will definitely stay here again.

We stay in Abhinaya Cottage, the view very nice can see direct to Borobudur temple. Room clean, large and very nice with android tv. Very nice place for staycation with family.

I thought this place was great. The proximity to the temple alone is worth staying. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and the grounds are beautiful. The food was just ok, but was convenient. The were so few people there, it made for an interesting atmosphere, as it seemed guests were well outnumbered by staff. I would recommend this resort if visiting the temple.

Tips:
*The sunset tour of Borobudur is beautiful, though well attended...check into the extended sunset ticket instead for gorgeous painted skies with fewer people!
