I won't complain anything about this place. Everything works so good here and I almost forget to tell that some rooms have thin walls. So, you might be hearing some strange but satisfying voices.

Amazing is my 1'st impression when looking at the building, checking process is good no complain...got a price of 600.000 IDR/night non smoking single bed, with 50.000 IDR for key deposit still no issues at first...
When entering the room my impression change drastically,quiet big but the room looks so simple, the bed linen not too clean and also the bathroom mat,
Breakfast menu's is so simple, i also notice that staying here for 2 night there is same menu for breakfast..
For business purposes only in my personal opinion this not an ideal one.
With hotel location close to the bay ,The management has to change the style and the services, because there is a lot of hotel especially in other parts of Sulawesi which have good service and better in everything with the price even lower than here

We spent 3 night at this Same Hotel Kendari. Book 2 rooms, 3 bed per room.

Rooms were clean. There were not many choices food for breakfast, quite well if you dont have any problem with it. Price was reasonable.

For those who always travel to Kendari for business purposes, this hotel is an option compared to other high-cost hotels. The location of the hotel is quite strategic near to the down town and easy access to government offices and public areas. The hotel provides comfortable rooms with free wifi including an adequate breakfast. For those who aim to spend the weekend with family and traveling for holiday, this hotel is not suitable to be chosen because of incomplete facilities and limited breakfast choices and feel "very serious" hotel atmosphere away from a pleasant holiday atmosphere.
