Staff is friendly but the room is dusty and the light in the bathroom is dim and bathroom itself is not clean Air-conditioning is not working. After I spoke with the receptionist they offer me different room . It look better compared to the other room so I took the room. After I move all my stuff to the other room and wash my hands suddenly the sink leak????no hot water at all !! The electric jug for boil water is not working either. This is ridiculousy with the price I paid per night. Plus your lobby people are smoking is even worse experience I have in your hotel because it make me feel sick especially for my son.

This old-school Indonesian hotel seems to have mostly the given up. The rooms are still fine but very dated. The staff are friendly but don't seem to do all that much. The two major faults are a lack of hot water, and a terrible breakfast.

Three-star Old Hotels that were very successful in their time, but now because of their age they have experienced a decline in quality. strategic location and has a spacious room.

Room pretty decent. No hotwater unfortunately, breakfast is kinda weird taste. But for its price, not bad.
