Some said the hotel was the best hotel at Kendari, but i had an expectations for 4 star hotel, having been staying at 4 star hotel at other city for business trip from previous week. The room was spacious for 4 star hotel but valve of shower didn't work properly and i didn't complain because i only stayed for a night. The food and service was "ok".

Great hotel, given the limited selection of hotel in Kendari. It's a local chain but quite well-managed.

The room was spacious and if you're lucky, you'd enjoy room with breath-taking view of Kendari Bay, the iconic Masjid Alam and Kendari bridge. Amenities were limited, they use pump dispenser for soap and shampoo but they have toothbrush and other regular amenities as well. No razor, ironing equipment, but they might be available upon request.

The breakfast were fine, mostly local selection, not fancy, but adequately satisfying.

Wifi service was okay, some hiccups once in a while, especially during high season. Do not expect super high speed internet, given the region.

The service were great. Laundry service were speedy and punctual. I asked for pick up in the evening and they delivered in the morning.

Room is clean u0026 tidy, spacious u0026 comfortable.
But, you need to prepare for 500.000 rupiah for deposit/room, paid by debit/cash.
Nice view too from my room ????

They put me in the connecting room at first, and i had to put up with a carying baby in the next room for an hour nonstop and the parents did NOTHING! Could not rest nor work at all, but the hotel was nice enough to move me to a non-connecting one.

The rooms are big and clean. Bed is comfortable.The sheets and towels are clean too, no stains whatsoever and smells good. Bathroom is superb, equipped with hairdryer and toiletries (toothbrushes, cotton buds, etc).

Room service food price was a bit expensive (100k ish for a nasi goreng) but portion was pretty big. There are cafes and restaurants on the rooftop or ground floor that you can go to. Alternatively, you can just order grabfood.

Wifi speed is very slow to non-existent. So get a mobile simcard or something to do zoom/teams calls.

Overall, good stay for transitting and resting. Service is excellent. Wouldn't mind coming back here for a short stay.

Great Place to stay... Good Food and Beverage.
Please make attention to the Server or Greater at Reataufant on the1st Floor.. to be more attractive and Greeting every Guest. Not just only repeater guest. Please make it seriously. Thanks.

Nice busy hotel in Kendari centrally located, all services under one roof. Few restaurant options to choose from.
