Very overpriced if you're a tourist, 500x more quoted than other traditional markets in Bali and even supermarkets. I was followed by a "friendly" lady trying to assist me all so that I'd go buy clothes from her shop. No matter how many times I told her to let me explore on my own, she wouldn't leave and kept trying to hurry me along. Might be a case by case thing but do watch out for this. I managed to slip downstairs when she turned away. Felt bad but didn't want to be followed either. There were so many flies on fruits and food. The place was also very dirty everywhere. I've been to every traditional markets in every country I visit so do understand the conditions they are usually in - have never complained as it is what it is. This place was bad. I had a better time by going outside to the sellers along the river and nearby streets. The fruits and food along there was in better condition than in Bandung Market itself. It's a good experience but was not worth the time for me on this particular trip. Might be due to country just opening again so I'll go again to see if it's different on my next trip.

You will need a good half day to do the whole two three/four storey buildings. Lots to see and bargain for so make a shopping list, and be prepared to bargain, the locals want you to bargain and get into the game. Views from top are beautiful. Be careful with "assistants" following you and harass ikng you. Recommended.

Public river side park right beside pasar Badung. You will get different side of Bali here. It is beautiful and clean. Have no seating here, only taking photos. A vibrant and festive one :)

Traditional market. You get fruits, vegetables, meat fish, grains, clothes, flowers .. all in one place. I think it’s the local market for small scale vendors. The vendors are very friendly with tourists. One can bargain on the prices here.

Amazing traditional market. SO FULL AND GOOD STUFFS
I bought so many beautiful meditation and prayer materials n equipment there. The price are amazing

Clean and beautiful architecture..
All the prices in this market is really affordable. Many stall, so you can choose whatever you want..
Great market!
I will definitely come here again if visiting Bali..

What an amazing fresh produce market - fruit, veg, fish, meat - everything you need at really good prices. It is a vast maze of a place spreading out along the gangs from the central market building. Inside 3 floors of dried goods, clothes, kitchen ware etc. Stalls are jam packed with produce. At the top u0026 in the side roads every is sold off the backs of sellers trucks. Its is so busy early evening but a great experience.
