Family friendly hotel. Services are okay. Foodies are great. Fine fitness center. And if you are a runner or jogger or just for walking, this hotel is so ideal. There's an uphill road just outside the hotel. I love it! Will come back for many times I think.

Location is in Sentul city in front of Ah Pong restaurant. Room is comfy and clean. Restaurant is spacious. Breakfast and lunch is plenty with choices from traditional to modern foods. But the taste is need huge improvement. Price is high and surely need reduction to have more people can enjoy the hotel. Parking is in separate building, is also huge and it is easy to access lobby from parking building.

staff level from entrance to exit - responsive very polite and humble.

2. Best 4 pillows in a room thus my husband and i had a peaceful rest after a tiring work

3. Great Food, really takes care of the taste of each menu and dishes. The fried chicken dish even better than the restaurant around the area

One of our favorite hotels, this is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Very family hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, there are balconies, more spacious balconies. Now the part that children like the most is the big swimming pool, there is a kids pool too. For breakfast it's just normal but lots of variety. Recommended for children...Close to A pong. This time I happened to get a room where the air conditioner was not cold enough. Next, definitely come back again.

During lebaran holiday, I booked 6 rooms for family vacation in Alana hotel. This hotel has great services when I lost my bath robe. The staffs are very helpful and I would like to say special thanks for Ms Tiara for her excellent services, who helped me send my bath robe delivery without any charge in good condition. Thank you very much, we really appreciate this.

Deluxe room is so neat and clean. Great room information from receptionist. Large pool and clean. We have outside view rather than pool view, but that nice too. Quick response from Room service if you needed something. Tho food was fantastic. Breakfast package so far. And they give a lot of hand sanitizer on the right spot. Thank you

We had a meeting here. The meeting was held in Vertikal Sky Lounge. The meeting room was spacious, beautiful interior design. Good food, excellent service. However the sound system needs to be improved, the sound was very soft. But overall was great. Thank you
