Returning stay with family this time, took 3BR villa. it exceeds our expectations, kids had a blast, parents also enjoy the views and clean environment. shout out to Bima that helped us with smooth check in and went beyond with his hospitality, well done.

Locations is perfect if you have kids and visiting safari. I suggest to take 2 nights if you are going to visit safari.

Where you can be together with nature.
We enjoyed the morning walk thru the surrounding forest breeze, get some fresh air for your city-polluted lungs ????

Rooms are okay and clean. Some of the equipments in the room can be improved. We have a broken trash bin in the bathroom so it is quite uncomfortable to open-close the lid manually.
The toiletries also not quite I expected to be for a resort with a spa. The bath gel and shampoo are quite standard, maybe the hotel can upgrade them a bit to promote the spa.

Breakfast is tasty and with wide spread of food variety.

Your family will not be bored staying inside the hotel or roaming around the hotel complex as there are plenty facilities to entertain your kiddos so this is a truly family-resort at it best!

Beautiful hotel, great food, a very nice place to calm your mind and escape the Jakarta craziness. Recommend if you want to enjoy your moments with family. Just to note this place is kids friendly, meaning during public holidays it will be filled with families. ???? Expect the crowd

We stayed at Pesona Alam for a night.
The location is easy to find. It's close to Taman Safari.
The room is clean. Food is good.
There are many activities that children can do at the hotel.
Check in u0026 check out process is fast. The staffs are very helpfull.
Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Nice mountain view, clean, and good services.
Have many facilities such play ground for kids, hot water pool, mini golf, badminton etc.
Recommend to feel the experience, this is my 4th time stay in Pesona Alam Resort ????

Rooms looks a bit old with recycled water bottle. I prefer during this pandemic unopened bottled of water.
Service is not so good, staff in restaurant r not very friendly. They dont response when we ask and they do not help us as well. Lack of smile as well but some food are outstanding

Location is perfect, facilities are okay.

I didn't made any prior reservation since I went directly to hotel as I decided to change the hotel on last minute that day. The nature landscape is amazing and well maintained for a hotel in puncak. The view from lobby was very nice and the check-in/check-out process was quick (eventhough no reservation). The room was ok. Had issue with the bathroom as the water was flooded but they fixed it the next day. Had dinner at Bayan restaurant which the food and services were superb. Ordered 4 different meals and all were delicious. Dessert were outstanding (banana pop u0026 choco coconut delight). However, had 2x buffet breakfast in same restaurant but was dissapointed with the variety and quality of the food (porridge was too salty, too many middle east food that no one was interested). Enjoyed the view, jogging, activities (tried all: atv, archery, shooting, horse riding, mini golf - multiple times). Tried all the two resto/cafe there and all food was ok, not great but the view was breath taking. We definitely will come back soon and already gave recommendations to my friends that they have to come here. Well done. Hopefully you can maintain/improve the quality of the hotel facility.
