Great facilities, friendly staffs.
We can have breakfast while enjoying the scenery of the mountains and the swimming pool.
My mom and my aunt really wanted to have breakfast outdoor but it was quite pack. However, one of the staffs, Gaga, helped us finding a spot, ready the table, even gave suggestions for nearby sightseeings and helped us taking pictures. Thank you for the hospitality!
Those who have children can stay in one of the Pool Access that is easier to reach the pool. It also have villas for those who want to have more private space.

I like the view, all the staffs very helpful. The children are having fun with fishing and rabbits feeding. Even the cleaning service was very helpful.
The price is affordable, we are so grateful they have connecting room and nice environment to have a relaxing weekend.

First impression of the hotel was bad, family was greeted with two unmaintained, wall garden without plants parking buildings, one is full to the top and the ramps are narrow.

I have had decided to park to the second building which has an available space.

Room had issues, the refrigerator is not cold, balcony door is hard to open, temperature of the shower fluctuated from very hot to warm.

I can only recommend this hotel if you don't have a choice for a place to stay.

So good services and foods.recommended to come here with family. The waiters are very humble as well, one of them called mas Hadi was offering us their refreshing drinks and served to our table and it's nice to make the customers feel welcomed there. Keep up the good work ????????

The hotel is super especially the food. They serve many variation of food and the taste is super tasty. I really like Nasi Hainan but i forget to take the pic. The breakfast is good too. The ambiance of the hotel is so comfy. Nice view from the balcony.

Third stay at Aston Sentul Lake and never disappointed me. They served us with welcoming ice creams and offer a balcony with beautiful mountain and man-made lake scenery. Unfortunately when I came here for the third times, the restaurant was too crowded so we had to queue for a couple of times

I have very pleasant stay here. Complete stay with many activities and attractions here. You can try canoeing here with free (don't forget to give tip to the staff for canoeing), there are ducks and swan also swimming on the lake, kids play room also available here and you can play table tennis also for free! Details activities I shared on my image. Oh ya there's karaoke room also in 5th floor. There is welcome drink u0026 snack once you check in on your 1st day of stay. Gym, swimming pool also available.
