At first, I considered giving this hotel 3 stars (it's okay), however I recalled how I seriously wanted to get out of the room as soon as I arrived. I understood that it was an old building, but I didn't expect it to be that under-maintained. I got the 109 room at the first floor, and there was mold at the most part of the walls. The lighting was too dim and one of the light above the bed was broken. The view from the window was only dirty walls of next door building that I quickly shut the curtain and kept it that way during my stay. The size of the room itself was not a problem, it was wide, however the furnitures were so old I was worried I would break something. To summarize, it was downright creepy and I think the whole building needs a renovation. I should say, though, that the hotel has a big potential. It is located in a very strategic, ideal area for a hotel. Besides, the staffs were all friendly. However I would not even think about going back there if there's still poor maintenance from the owner/management.
