I spent 1 night in this hotel, I instantly liked this hotel right away. First of all, this hotel is located coupled with Botani Square, the biggest mall in Bogor. They even provide one direct tunnel for hotel's visitor to enter the mall. Another thing, the hotel is very closed to the great park of Bogor, only around 200 m in distance to the entrance gate. Customer can go walk easily to reach the park from the hotel.
The staffs were also very kind, polite, and helpful. Probably they are understaffed, but they managed to serve customer professionally. The room I spent, suite room, was very spacious, clean, modern and minimalist. The room is fitted with complete accessories and appliance you will need. So pity I didn't got the chance to try their breakfast menu, however I feel they served various and delicious food here.

The hotel is in a perfect place, it is in strategic location and in the heart of Bogor shopping centre. The room is spacious, there is sofa and cooler inside the room as well. They have many rooms in each floor, up to 10th floor. Perfect choice to booking rooms for special occasions.

Location is very strategic, mall downstairs, huge parking area. Room is nice and spacious. Only the food didn’t fit our taste. Lots of choice but plain in taste.

It's a nice place, and very convinient for people who are either traveling from place to place, or just tryinv to have a staycation.

For reviews, it's listed below:
- Rooms, getting the deluxe which costed (for the time I stayed and date) it valued for 600 thousand rupiah, which isn't that bad for what I got and it's facilities. The room for deluxe is quite medium in terms of space, and the suite is nice too. Depending on what room you get, I highly recommend the deluxe over the suite, unless you have the money for it. The suite is spacious, able to fit in atleast 3-4 people to sleep, while the deluxe at best is able to hold 3 people. The room for suite is a bit unclean for the time I stayed, but I didn't really mind it. Back to the deluxe, for it's price, it ain't that bad. Deluxe 4/5 (8/10) and for thr suite 4/5 (7.5/10)

- Food, it isn't that great. For the time I stayed there, the food was very mid, flavorless to say the least. At best, I give the food a 3/5 star or 6/10 as it is still a buffet and I can eat to whatever extent I want.

- Location, this is where this hotel shines. Located next to Botani mall, and very close to the bus terminal, it is a nice location to stay in for the night if not more. If ever hungry, just head to botani for food and cinema, for traveling, just head out to the bus terminal pr grab a taxi to go to whatever location you want. 5/5 (9/10).

To sum it up:
- it's a nice place. Very new and the service is good. The pros are it's room value and location, but the cons are it's facilities and food. Facilities being the pool being disgusting and no other facilities that I found in the hotel that facinates me. Other than that, I'll give this hotel a 3.5 star.

Good place of choice.
Very convenient, connected to Mall. Nice weather.. with swimming pool and fitness.

The room a bit old, but still look ok. And all things are functioning well.

For foreigner, do not forget to bring the universal adaptor with you. (The socket is still the Indo style only).

The hotel staffs are good servicing.

I love this place.

The hotel was strategically located. You can go easily anywhere within the city from this hotel. The hotel is attached to Botani Square Mall, so it is easy for us to find food and any other needs.

The rooms were good, I like the way they gave 4 bottled water instead of 2 for one day.
The bathroom was muslim friendly, it has its own tap for doing ablution.
However, I still can hear babies screaming from outside, since there were many families doing staycation there.

The food was okay. The health protocol was good.

When I was there, the hotel was crowded with families doing stacation (well, it is the long holidays for Idul Fitri).

it's been 2 nights --during LEBARAN a.k.a Eid Al-Fitr, my family and I stayed at Hotel Santika Bogor. During my 15 years of hotel stay experience, I have never seen THE GREAT SERVICE of the restaurant crew when the guests were crowded "starving" at breakfast, like the Hotel Santika Bogor.
